Where can I find my test reports?
3billion will send an email notification as soon as the reports are ready. You can find your reports on the My Tests -> 3bilion ID’s Details -> Report of the portal.

How long does it take to get my report?
For 3B-GENOME and 3B-EXOME, the reports will be delivered within 5 weeks of receiving the sample. It will take 2 weeks for 3B-VARIANT.

I want to get my samples back. Is this possible?
In accordance with the Genetic Testing Control Regulations, all samples will be discarded immediately after the reports are delivered.If you wish to have your samples returned, please inform a 3billion representative or contact support@3billion.io in advance.

Will I need to re-collect samples and send them again?
In some cases, if there are problems with the sample or how it was collected, samples may not meet our quality requirements. As it will be difficult to get accurate, reliable results, we will request for a new sample. A 3billion representative will reach out and guide you through the necessary steps.

How long does 3billion store samples?
If there is no prior request, 3billion discards samples immediately after delivering the reports.

3billion provides a unique 3billion ID to identify each test. A 3billion ID is generated when you place an order on 3billion’s portal from the My Tests page.

Are there samples that cannot be processed?
Please note that we are unable to accept blood collected from patients with certain hematological conditions.
