Can patients order tests?
Patients cannot order tests from 3billion. All of 3billion’s tests must be ordered by a licensed medical doctor after examining the patient’s clinical phenotypes.

My patient is showing new symptoms that were not present at the time of submission. How do I share this information with 3billion?
You can go to the portal and edit or add new symptoms.My Tests -> 3B ID Details -> click pencil button of Symptoms/DetailsTo ensure the accuracy of patient information and prevent errors, only the medical doctor who placed the order can edit or add information.

Can I cancel my order?
