- 3B-NEO does not provide Secondary Findings as a separate report. 3B-NEO is a genomic-based screening test focused on Actionable conditions where early detection and immediate medical intervention are critical during the newborn period.
- Including information on adult-onset conditions or genetic findings for which clinical intervention is currently limited may cause unnecessary confusion and anxiety for caregivers. Therefore, only information that is practically relevant to the child’s current and near-future healthcare management is selectively provided.
